We can produce 10-12 Mic film with web width up to 1700 mm for supply to various pharma & industrial applications. They are designed in such a way that they will soften and come to the semi-molten stage without losing their strength while passing through hot air in the oven and then laminates with substrates like aluminium foil, polyethene foam, air bubble film, etc.
LDPE Shrink Film
Shrink film comprises a LDPE rich film having a top surface and a bottom surface covering the product to be packed on which heat is applied by either a conveyor heat tunnel or an electric or gas heat gun. It catalyses the film to shrink tightly around the item placed within. This process results in a clear, durable barrier of protection around the product.

Machine-grade stretch film
Machine-grade stretch film is highly stretchable (> 500% elongation property) with excellent strength to wrap around simply by loading it on an auto stretch wrapping machine. Such stretch wrapping withstands wear and tear at the time of transit of goods or at the time of loading and unloading of goods. The more it is stretched, the more it has the capability to prevent the goods or the products from getting damaged. Machine stretch wrapping saves material since a lower quantity of film is required to tightly secure goods.
